1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or using any services provided by itsgrowthlab (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services
itsgrowthlab provides digital marketing and technology services including but not limited to branding, websites, SEO, social media marketing, automation systems, AI chatbots, and consulting.
All services are provided under a custom service model based on client-specific requirements.
3. Scope of Work
Scope, deadlines, deliverables, and prices are agreed upon before work begins via written communication, proposal, invoice, or agreement.
Any work not explicitly included in the agreed scope will incur additional charges.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely access, accurate information, materials, and cooperation required to perform services.
Delays caused by clients do not make itsgrowthlab responsible for missed timelines.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Payment Structure
Clients must pay fifty percent (50%) upfront before any work begins. The remaining fifty percent (50%) is due immediately upon project delivery or completion of agreed milestones.
5.2 Non-Refundable Policy
All payments made to itsgrowthlab are strictly non-refundable, including deposits, retainers, milestone payments, subscriptions, and full project fees.
No refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction, delays, business closure, marketing outcomes, algorithm changes, or client withdrawal.
5.3 Late Payments
Any payment delay may result in immediate suspension of services without notice.
5.4 Withholding Work
itsgrowthlab reserves the right to pause services, withhold files, restrict access, or terminate agreements if payment is not received on time or disputed.
All deliverables remain the property of itsgrowthlab until payment is made in full.
6. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee specific results including revenue, rankings, traffic, sales, followers, or conversion rates.
All services are provided on a best-effort basis.
7. Intellectual Property
All work created by itsgrowthlab remains our intellectual property until full payment is received.
Upon final payment, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise stated in writing.
itsgrowthlab retains the right to showcase work in portfolios or marketing material.
8. Third-Party Platforms
We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, bans, or restrictions imposed by any third-party services.
Use of third-party services is subject to their own policies.
9. Confidentiality
We agree to protect confidential information provided by the client.
Clients agree not to disclose any proprietary processes or strategies of itsgrowthlab.
10. Limitation of Liability
itsgrowthlab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
11. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless itsgrowthlab from claims resulting from misuse of services, illegal content, or violation of third-party rights.
12. Suspension and Termination
itsgrowthlab may suspend or terminate services at its sole discretion for violation of these terms.
Termination does not entitle any refund.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure caused by events beyond control including natural disasters, internet failures, or regulatory changes.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time without notice.
Continued use indicates acceptance.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws referenced in invoices or agreements.
All disputes shall be resolved in a court selected by itsgrowthlab.
